Commissioned in 1997 by Diane and Marion Duzich, this fiberglass fish tail by Dwight Brown spins on top of the Fish Tales Restaurant off of the Seawall on Galveston Island.

Fish Tail is a wind driven sculpture that can handle up to 80 miles per hour winds. Even during 2008's Hurricane Ike, only one of the three fins were damaged.
