Spotted Sandpiper

A medium-sized shorebird, the Spotted Sandpiper bobs its tail when walking, often in a crouched position.  Breeding adults have dark spots on its white breast and an orange bill.  When not breeding, the spots disappear and the bill is pale yellow.
