ShyKatZ Deli & Bakery serves breakfast all day, “Blue Plate Specials,” and features Boars Head meats and cheeses. Their bakery serves fresh baked cakes and breads daily. It also serves up such fare as burgers and gourmet salads.
The women are using old family recipes and hope to create a place where everyone knows everyone’s name.

A harmonic mixture of eggs, cheese, jalapenos, green and red bell peppers, onions, sauteed corn tortillas, diced tomatoes and finished with fresh cilantro. Served with home fries, frijoles refritos, corn tortillas, and house made salsa ranchera .
CINNAMON BUN PANCAKES
Two Texas sized buttermilk pancakes topped with a creamy glaze and Candied Bourbon Pecans

POTATO SALAD
Boiled, diced, then chilled potatoes mixed with Boar’s Head Bacon, boiled eggs, pickles, seasonings, mayonnaise and mustard.
2nd Course
TURKEY & AVOCADO MELTDOWN
Roasted Turkey, Boar’s Head Bacon, sliced tomatoes and avocado topped with Pepper Jack Cheese melting down between two toasted slices of Jalapeño bread. Served with a side of chipotle mayonnaise.
SPICY AS CLUCK
Spicy marinated and grilled chicken, sauteed onions and green peppers, jalapeños, home fries, refried beans and a blend of Monterey and pepper jack cheeses stuffed into a large grilled flour tortilla.
3rd Course
CAKE
A slice of any cake that is available (the coconut cake and the strawberry cake are the best sellers but all are scrumptious!)
