Last Updated: February 13, 2020 by Lee Roane | Events

Texas rock legends Blue October and Bowling for Soup will give headline performances at Mardi Gras! Galveston’s 109th celebration, taking place Feb. 14-25, 2020. Other entertainment highlights announced include Los Herederos de Nuevo León and Bidi Bidi Banda, who will headline the festival’s Fiesta Gras celebration on Feb. 16, and hip-hop legend Bun B, who will serve as Grand Marshal of the all-new Bumpin’ Bus Parade on Feb. 22. Tickets are available at MardiGrasGalveston.com.

“This is by far our best band lineup of the last 10 years,” said Yagas Entertainment president Mike Dean, who is in his 10th year organizing the festival for the city of Galveston. “Concerts are part of what make the Mardi Gras experience different in Texas, and we are excited to bring in these great local bands and homegrown Texas talent.”
