TIPS TO MAKE YOUR STAY BETTER

• BRING YOUR CONSUMABLE ITEMS, AS THEY AR NOT REPLENISHED DURING YOUR STAY. (I.E. KITCHEN PAPER, TOILET TISSUE, TRASH BAGS, DISH WASHING DETERGENTS, SHAMPOO, ETC...)
• KNOW THE PARKING REGULATIONS... MAKE ARRANGEMENTS AHEAD OF TIME IN CASE PERMITS ARE UNAVAILABLE FOR ADDITIONAL VEHICLES.
• UNIT TOWELS ARE NOT CHANGED DURING YOUR STAY, BRING LAUNDRY DETERGENT IF YOU WANT TO WASH AND REUSE THEM.  {TOWELS ARE INSIDE THE CABINETS/DRAWERS; EACH ONE-BEDROOM UNIT HAS A SET OF SIX TOWELS AND EACH TWO-BEDROOM UNIT HAS A SET OF EIGHT TOWELS, WHICH ARE FOR UNIT USE ONLY}
• BRING YOUR OWN BEACH TOWELS  UNIT TOWELS ARE NOT PERMITTED ON BEACHES
• REPORT ANY MAINTENANCE ISSUE WHICH MAY ARISE, DURING BUSINESS HOURS
• REQUEST WI-FI CODES AT CHECK-IN TIME
• AVOID EXCESS CLEANING CHARGES ($25 MINIMUM)... TAKE YOUR TRASH TO THE DUMPSTERS, LOAD AND START THE DISHWASHER AND LEAVE YOUR UNIT IN DECENT SHAPE UPON DEPARTURE.
• CALL TO VERIFY YOUR RESERVATION, PROPERTY TYPE, AND ADDRESS PRIOR TO ARRIVAL.  LATE ARRIVALS SHOULD CONTACT THE RENTAL OFFICE PRIOR TO 4:00 PM ON THE ARRIVAL DATE TO VERIFY LATE ARRIVAL INSTRUCTIONS.
• BRING SUNSCREEN AND ALOE LOTION
• BEACH CHAIRS AND UMBRELLAS ARE AVAILABLE FOR RENT DAILY

ALL RESERVATIONS BOOKED FOR THOSE STAY DATES WILL HAVE THE CHARGES ADJUSTED AT TIME OF ARRIVAL.

Seascape beach condo rental suites, on the shores of the Gulf of Mexico and Galveston Island's beautiful West Beach, are privately-owned one and two bedroom suites with six different floor plans. The amenities at this vacation complex include private access to the beach with landscaped dunes, a swimming pool with a hot tub and sundeck, a gazebo and private patron parking.
