The Galveston Duck Tour is a unique way to see Galveston Island. On the Duck, you'll travel 40 blocks on Seawall Boulevard - overlooking the Gulf of Mexico - to Offats Bayou, where you'll then enter the water for a cruise across the bayou!
The Duck exits the water at Heards Lane, and then will take you past several historic mansions, through the Strand Historic District, and the Silk Stocking District, as it proceeds back to Seawall Boulevard.
During the entire Duck Tour, you will enjoy a humorous-yet-informative tour given by an experienced captain.
Tour groups, school groups, and family reunions welcome. Coast Guard approved. No refunds. Minimum of 6 people per tour. Parking available on Seawall Boulevard.

"Driver told us to get on or get left" and when trying to get my 6, 10 and elderly father situated since we weren't together was rudely told to sit down and "did I have a problem sitting by someone?" The Duck left 10 min early so it wasn't like we were late getting going. When I was trying to suggest that they warn families like ours about leaving early and the seating issue he ignored me and told me to "tell the employers, I'm not the owner". The rudeness was unnecessary. |
