Tammy8/16/2008 11:09:00 PMStaying at this hotel was a complete and total mistake. I've never in my life paid $150.00 a night to sleep on a slab of concrete. We didn't sleep a wink all night because the bed was so uncomfortable. So naturally, with no sleep it ruined the next day because we were so tired. Didn't like the idea of the coffee pot and ice bucket in the bathroom either. One last thing, the rugs in front of the elevators were so worn they were curled up on the ends and very unsafe. Live and learn is all I can say. Pay the extra bucks and spend $200.00 a night or more, and you'll probably get a better nights sleep somewhere else.
Cheryl8/4/2008 12:30:00 PMWe spent two nights in July at Baymont. The rooms were clean and comfortable, the staff was beyond courteous at check in, check out, and anytime we needed more towels or had any questions. The breakfast was really good. I saw and heard a few rude people in the lobby who wanted the earth moved right then and there, but the desk help just kept on smiling and trying to accomodate everyone. We'll probably go back before the end of summer. If you're courteous, follow policy, and don't have a try-to-get- something-for-nothing agenda, you'll have a very nice stay as well.
Dan8/2/2008 8:03:00 PMFront Desk person made us wait while she finished a personal phone call. Room and hallway smelled like chemicals. Dead bugs and leaves in room. Coffee pot and ice bucket in toilet area. Could not get extra pillows because they were locked up. Will not stay there again.
Jay7/4/2008 10:16:00 AMI had worst experience with this hotel. Hotel manager and staff was the worst here who didnot want to honor their promised reservation.
