Photo The Palm Court is a full-service restaurant offering breakfast, lunch, and dinner with an Island Caribbean flair.

Located at The Hilton Galveston Island Resort (at The San Luis Resort), Palm Court offers dining options sure to please even the most finicky palates.

Breakfast features favorites like hot-off-the-grill Belgian waffles, fluffy pancakes, and classic eggs benedict. Of course, traditional recipes are also available, including eggs, bacon, hash browns and biscuits.

The lunch menu features a large variety of garden-fresh salads, homemade sandwiches, and southwestern-style fajitas.

Dinner is a pleasurable experience of its own with appetizers from crab cakes to stuff jalapenos, homemade soups, and Gulf specialties including shrimp, lobster, and redfish. For the landlubber, there's a tantalizing array of beef available.

The relaxing atmosphere along with the tantalizing and tempting items on the menu, make Palm Court a favorite with the locals as well as the hotel guests.

RHAWKINS8/23/2008 5:40:00 PMWent to the Palms nite before last. Spent $100 for Tuna steak and Lobster tails. Inside dining. Food was delivered COLD, Lobster was over cooked and rubbery and Tuna steak was cold and no flavor. Had ate at the Hilton on many other stays and had the pasta and that was great. But this time decided to go for it, and was very unsatisfied. Flies in the dining area, to the point we could not enjoy our dinner, which was alreay disappointing, and the waitress and no one could do anything. Hate to say, will never eat at the Hilton again for that price. Breakfast and Lunch they can probably handle, but fine dining NO.
