Her 750 passenger capacity makes her one of the largest paddlewheelers that has ever cruised the Houston / Galveston area. Plush carpeting, elegant draperies, colorful lighting, and uniformed staff members guarantee that your cruise will be a special adventure.
The Colonel is available for private parties of 100 or more aboard the day or evening cruises. Guests can enjoy the open-air promenade deck, or one of the elegant dining rooms - the Texas Room or the Galveston Room. The Colonel also welcomes individuals on its regularly scheduled day and dinner/dance cruises. Reservations are required for dinner cruises, but not for day cruises.

Rental Information
The Colonel can accommodate everything from small groups of 50 to large groups of 750. Group rates are available for small parties and full-boat charters. Catering is available for hors d'oeuvres receptions and full-seated dinner parties.
Hours of Operation
Hour long cruises sail daily at 12pm, 2pm, and 4pm (weather permitting) with boarding beginning 30 minutes prior to sailing.
Dinner cruises are available to the public by reservation only. Please Note: Public dinner cruises are ONLY on selected Saturday nights. Please call in advance for reservations.
