Galveston.com's Weather Central is one of the most comprehensive sources of Island weather you will find anywhere. Our premier offering is our Weather Center, with comprehensive daily and tropical forecasts by local weatherman Stan Blazyk. In the Weather Center, you'll also enjoy continuously-updated current conditions from our two stations: one located on The Strand, and the other on Seawall Boulevard at 37th Street. The Center also offers a 10-Day Galveston Island Forecast, daily Weather Trivia, Weather Tweets from a respected network of local weather experts, and tide predictions for Pier 21, Jamaica Beach, and the Galveston Island Historic Pleasure Pier.

Galveston.com also features a state-of-the-art Hurricane Preparation Guide, including storm facts, ways to prepare and stay informed, as well as a guide to local service providers.

And finally, we are pleased to partner with The Texas General Land Office to offer current beach watch advisories from 52 monitoring stations along Galveston Island, the Bolivar Peninsula, and the Texas City Dike.
