Previously Casey's Seafood, the name has now been changed to Nick's to reflect the new owner and chef, Nick Gaido. Still a part of the Gaido family, NIck's is excited to offer its fresh take on seafood favorites. At Nick's, everything is made in-house: from the dressings and sauces to the daily-made bread and buns. Each morning, they hand-cut all of the vegetables to serve them that day, and they take pride in purchasing and serving the highest quality of fresh seafood.
As a native Texan and the son of Mickey Gaido, Nick Gaido understands what it means to serve the freshest seafood and quality ingredients. As the owner and chef, Nick wants all of Nick's guests to enjoy only the best seafood and have a meaningful dining experience. Nick graduated from the culinary institute of America in the winter of 2010 and took over the business in early 2012.
