Bayside Bungalow located in the heart of Sea Isle, close to both the beach and the bay - only a short golf cart ride away. This charming bungalow is only blocks to the Sea Isle Marina, swimming pool and boat or kayak launch, fishing is available in the Marina (fishing license required). If you like a spectacular sunsets, this neighborhood has them!
The open concept living/dining/kitchen is full of upgraded amenities. New hardwood floors throughout, new appliances and plenty of room for a group of nine people. The large driveway can accommodate up to 4 cars, with seating at a new picnic table, charcoal grill and outdoor shower so everyone can shower after a long day on the boat or at the beach.
The living and sleeping accommodations are designed for both comfort and privacy. Master bedroom has queen bed (sleeps 2), ceiling fan, en suite bath (with tub/shower) and television. 2nd Bedroom has two twin beds (sleeps 2) and 3rd bedroom has a pyramid style twin over full bunk bed (sleeps 3). The living area also has a brand new full size futon with an upgraded mattress - so much more comfortable than a sleeper sofa - no bar across your back!
Sea Isle subdivision has a wide variety of entertainment for the entire family including fishing, crabbing, boating on our bay, swimming, restaurant at the marina, surfing at the Sea Isle Beach (beach side of FM 3005, ask your vacation planner). Guests should enjoy the playground and tennis courts offered by Sea Isle subdivision. Guests must get a pool pass from the Sea Isle Homeowner Association to use the community pool. Sea Isle Homeowner Association is only open Monday-Friday, 10am to 5pm. Guests should call 409-737-2438 to purchase a pool pass ($50.00 for 10 guests for length of reservation). NO POOL PASSES SOLD ON THE WEEKEND. If pool pass not purchased by 5pm on Friday prior to the start of the reservation, no pool access will be available.
