Located in the Silk Stocking Historic District, this charming Mediterranean style home was built in early 1900 and has been fully restored and updated with today's comforts and conveniences. The Trolley stops on the corner and the Mardi Gras Parade also passes by.
Following a warm welcome in the large entry hall, you will be given the tour of the comfortable main parlor and the dining room where breakfast will be served each morning. You are welcome to enjoy the quiet, enclosed patio at the rear of the house. Adorned in many varieties of beautiful blossoms, this is a nice place to have your morning coffee or relax with a glass of wine after a busy day of touring or shopping.
The Villa has three comfortable bedrooms, all located upstairs, all furnished with antiques. Each room has its own bath.
Start your day with a delicious breakfast, then board the Trolley on the corner for the ride to the famous and Historic Strand shopping area to browse the many antique shops, gift shops and candy factories.
The Seawall is just three blocks South. Many fine eateries, bus tours, bicycle rental and souvenir shops are waiting to serve you.
