About Us

Jay & Joann's View of the Gulf is a privately-owned beachfront condominium on Seawall Blvd prominently situated less than one mile from Schlitterbahn Waterpark and Moody Gardens.

The condo features a private balcony overlooking the Gulf of Mexico at The Victorian Condo Hotel on Galveston Island. This suite features a separate living area with fully-equipped studio kitchen and private queen-size bedroom, as well as two bunk beds in a hall alcove.

From Houston

Travel Interstate 45 South (Gulf Freeway) to the Galveston Causeway. Soon after crossing the Causeway, exit 1-A to the right and travel approximately .5 miles to 61st St. Turn right onto 61st St. and travel approximately 1.7 miles. Turn right onto Seawall Blvd (FM 3005), and continue West for approximately .1 miles. The Victorian Condo-Hotel will be on your right at 6300 Seawall Blvd.

From Bolivar Pensilua

Starting from Crystal Beach, travel approximately 10.7 miles to the Bolivar Ferry. Upon exiting the Ferry, take Ferry Road (SR-87) approximately 1.4 miles to Seawall Boulevard. Bear right onto Seawall Boulevard. Soon Seawall Boulevard merges into Broadway. Turn left (south) onto 6th St. (University Blvd.) and immediately bear right (southwest) onto Seawall Boulevard. Travel west along Seawall Blvd. for approximately 4.3 miles to 6300 Seawall Blvd. The Victorian Condo-Hotel will be on your right.
