Enjoy a 1 1/2 hour, 17 mile narrated tour around the Island City on the Galveston Sightseeing Train!

This fun ride covers both Old and New Galveston - including Seawall Boulevard, the remains of Fort Crockett, historic homes, Rosenberg Library, churches, the downtown business district, the shrimp fleet, Jean Lafitte's home, Moody Mansion, the Bishop's Palace, Ashton Villa, the Strand Historic District, the University of Texas Medical Branch, and dozens of other places of interests.

Treasure Island Tour Train is the Island's oldest operating tour train, established in 1962.

11am & 1:30pm, weather permitting

From Bolivar Peninsula:
Starting from Crystal Beach, travel approximately 10.7 miles to the Bolivar Ferry. Upon exiting the Ferry, take Ferry Road (SR-87) and head southeast approximately .9 miles. Turn right (west) onto Harborside Drive and travel approximately 1.6 miles. Turn left (south) onto 25th Street.

From Houston:
Travel Interstate 45 South (Gulf Freeway) to the Galveston Causeway. Soon after crossing the Causeway, I-45 becomes Broadway (SR-87, Ave. J). Continue traveling along Broadway for approximately 2.8 miles. Turn left on 24th St. and travel north approximately .3 miles to Church Street. Turn left onto Church St. travel approximately .1 mile to 25th St. Turn right onto 25th. Travel approximately .4 miles.
