The Samuel May Williams Room
Available as a single, large meeting room or subdivided into section a, b, and c, this handsome room often is used as three "breakout" rooms for small groups.
The Sam Houston Room
An excellent facility for dinners, seminars, and receptions for up to 300 people. Air walls divide the room into Sam Houston I and II for smaller, separate functions.
The Tremont House Ballroom
Located in the 1890 Davidson Building, the second floor was restored in 1995 as a 7,946 square foot grand ballroom with decorative chandeliers, 14-foot ceilings, elevator and catering kitchen.
The Boardroom
A cozy sitting room and adjoining small conference room with alcove bar combine to create a meeting area of exceptional appeal. VCR equipment is housed in a handsome period armoire.
