The Park at Cedar Lawn Apartments is a historical treasure located in the heart of Galveston Island. This iconic community features historical apartment homes that were transformed from a 1930's U.S. Marine Hospital into 48 unique and spacious floor plans that feature 10-20 foot vaulted ceilings, fireplaces, and rooftop access in select homes. The community expanded in the 1980's by adding 144 garden-style apartment homes. The newly renovated garden-style buildings feature new appliances, cabinets, countertops, flooring, fixtures, and two-tone paint. TriPro Management, Inc. was formed in 1995 to manage the real estate portfolio of the various TriPro companies. With a dedicated focus to managing multifamily (and some residential) properties, TriPro has owned, acquired and managed over 4,600 units and $145 million in acquisitions.
