The Dawn offers 1 bedroom/1 bath condos at 825 square feet (sleeps 4) or 2 bedroom/2 bath condos at 1,040 square feet (sleeps 6). All are spacious and furnished in a comfortable, casually elegant design with stylish amenities including custom cabinetry, granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, full size washer and dryer, carpeted bedrooms, tile flooring, tile bath and a grand glass front shower in the 2 bedroom master bath. Enjoy a 76 square foot balcony with fabulous Gulf views or a patio overlooking one of our beautiful pools. All this is set in a gated community surrounded by lush tropical landscaping, 2 resort style pools, 1 spa tub and a full fitness center with elliptical equipment/free weights.
