 Be among the first to stay in this rental house just on the market! The Sugar Shack on the Gulf is a bright, breezy vacation getaway. Built circa 1902, this quaint two-unit cottage is located just two blocks from the Gulf, behind the seawall! Sugar Shack has very recently been completely renovated, from the studs up, with original hardwood floors, high ceilings and a fully appointed kitchen including granite countertops and a glass tile backsplash. Sleeping accommodations include all brand new beds: one king bedroom, one twin bunk bedroom and a sectional sleeper sofa (queen) in the living room. Everything about the decor of this charming home harkens back to it's island roots.
The fenced-in back yard has a spacious deck that beckons you for morning coffee and evening margaritas to the sound of crashing waves, just blocks away. This home is walking distance to some of the locals favorite watering (and eating!) holes....including Captain Jack's, Saltgrass Steakhouse & Shykatz. Restaurant.
Rates
$175 per night, *included cleaning fee and hotel occupancy taxes
$800 per week or $1,600 per month, including cleaning fee and hotel occupancy taxes.

Terms: cash only, deposit is one night's rental fee, 2 night minimum (except during festivals and holidays, when it's 3 nights)
