Sugar Bean Coffee and Cream is the place to gather and be seen! This independent, west end coffee shop is located in Evia and is known for its cool, coastal atmosphere and gorgeous views.

Locals and visitors stop by for coffee, tea, espresso drinks, smoothies, beer and wine. Sugar Bean also offers gelato, cookies, pastries and a variety of healthy snacks.

Sugar Bean is a great place to visit with friends, study or have a meeting. Wi-Fi is provided. The private meeting room seats eight and can be booked for free.

Be sure to tell the barista your name. Regular customers receive every 10th drink for free! And don’t miss out on Wednesday’s Happy Hour (from 4-6), when all beer and wine purchases are half price!

Let Sugar Bean handle your next large meeting or special event! You can gather in the Celebrations Room, on the Village Green or at the kid’s park, Curiosity Cove. The Celebrations Manager can customize an event to fit your needs. From the food to the florist, Sugar Bean can do it all!

From Bolivar Peninsula:
Starting from Crystal Beach, travel approximately 10.7 miles to the Bolivar Ferry. Upon exiting the Ferry, take Ferry Road (SR-87) approximately 1.4 miles to Seawall Boulevard. Bear right onto Seawall Boulevard. Soon Seawall Boulevard merges into Broadway. Turn left (south) onto 6th St. (University Blvd.) and immediately bear right (southwest) onto Seawall Boulevard. Travel west along Seawall Blvd. for approximately 6 miles to 89th St. Turn right onto 89th St. and travel approximately .2 miles to Stewart Rd. Turn left onto Stewart Rd. and travel approximately.9 miles to 99th Street. Turn right onto 99th and travel .4 miles to Evia.

From Houston:
Travel Interstate 45 South (Gulf Freeway) to the Galveston Causeway. Soon after crossing the Causeway, exit 1-A to the right and travel approximately .5 miles to 61st St. Turn right onto 61st St. and travel approximately 1.7 miles. Turn right onto Seawall Blvd. (FM 3005) and travel west approximately 2.1 miles to 89th St. Turn right onto 89th St. and travel approximately .2 miles to Stewart Rd. Turn left onto Stewart Rd. and travel approximately.9 miles to 99th Street. Turn right onto 99th and travel .4 miles to Evia.
