THE RENTAL UNITS

• Privately owned one and two bedroom condos, six different floor plans. All contents belong to the owner; do not remove anything, including linens.
• Kitchens are equipped with dishes, utensils, etc. Full refrigerator, except as noted on Units Amenities page.
• TV with basic cable. Two TV's or VCR's, see Units Amenities page.
• Local calls are free, long distance requires a credit or calling card, or call collect.
• Report maintenance and/or suite problems to ABSea office (740-1245). Office hours are 10:00am to 5:00pm Central daily. When the office is closed, leave a message on the answering machine, clearly stating your name, suite number, and a brief description of the problem. COURTESY OFFICER OR SEASCAPE PROPERTY MANAGER CAN NOT HELP YOU IN THESE MATTERS.
• No pets are allowed on the property.
• No barbecuing on the property (contained fire on the beach only).
• Do not hang towels on or feed seagulls from the balconies.
• No one under 21 may rent condos

HOUSEKEEPING

• Linens and towels are provided. Additional linens and towels or maid service is available for a fee.
• Cleaning supplies, dishwasher soap, etc. are not furnished.
• Trash to be contained in tied, plastic bags and taken to the dumpster. Bags are not provided.
• Additional fees will be charged to guest for extra cleaning.

PARKING

• Parking is limited to one vehicle per suite during full occupancy at no charge.

CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT

• Check-in: After 3 pm, as suite becomes available.
• Early Check-in: Contact the office.
• Arrivals after 5 pm: Contact the office on day of arrival.
• Check-out: 11 am.
• No late check-outs during full occupancy.

SWIMMING POOL AND HOT TUB - RULES AND HOURS

• Pool is open from 9:00am to 11:00pm.
• Children under 14 must be accompanied by an adult with a poolband issued at check-in. Everyone over 14 should wear a poolband.
• No diving, horseplay, rafts, food or glass containers.
• No radios are allowed except Walkman-type with headsets.
• Hot tub is reserved 9-11 pm for adults only. Children under 8 are not allowed in hot tub.
• Boogie Boards are available at office for $10.00 per day.
