Nightly Rates, add 15% Hotel Occupancy Tax,
plus a $9 per night HOA rental fee,
and a one-time nominal fee per reservation.
Monthly Rates add a $2 per night HOA rental fee,
NO hotel occupancy tax.
Rates based on location, furnishings, décor, and availability.

Renter must be 21 years of age or older No house parties.

Payment and cancellation policy: Deposit of one-half total amount due required when reservation is made. Payment due in full upon arrival. Deadline to cancel or change is by 12 noon, TWO DAYS prior to arrival date. For holidays/special events, any cancels/changes must take place by noon TWO WEEKS prior to arrival, with balance payable at this time. All cancellations will be charged our non-refundable reservation fee PLUS minimum $35.00 cancellation fee. Any cancellations made after the deadline will forfeit the total amount paid. $200 security deposit may apply.
Cancellations or changes must be made by deadline or deposit forfeited.
Unit reserved for time requested. NO Refund if early departure - Regardless of reason.
We strongly suggest that you purchase travel insurance especially during hurricane season as refunds will not be given for island evacuation.
Method of Payment: MC, Visa, AMEX or Cash. NO PERSONAL CHECKS ACCEPTED. No shows will be charged entire deposit (one-half total amount due) on Credit Card guaranteeing the reservation and the reservation will be canceled for the remaining time.
