Nightly Rates, add 15% Hotel Occupancy Tax, Trip Protection plan, damage protection plan, per night HOA fees, plus a one time nominal per reservation fee.
Monthly Rates, No Hotel Tax, add $2 per Night HOA rental fee, and a one time per reservation fee. Damage Protection and Trip Protection are optional fees but highly recommended.
Rates based on location, unit furnishings, amenities, décor, availability, etc.
Unit selected or assigned IS subject to change without notice.
Renter must be 21 years of age or older - No house parties

Travel Protection Insurance is highly suggested and available for purchase through the reservation agent at time of booking or directly through Insurance agency.

• PAYMENT AND CANCELLATION POLICY: Payment of one half of total is required on ALL reservations when reservation is made.* Payment of remaining balance is due upon arrival. *(Special Event/holiday Reservations require full Balance paid by two weeks prior to arrival date with no modifications/cancellations after two week deadline.) Cancellation fee is $35.00 plus non-refundable Trip insurance and reservation fees on ALL cancellations made by deadline. Any cancellations after deadline; full amount paid is forfeited. Deadline to cancel or change: Noon 2-days prior to arrival date by 12-noon. A $200 security deposit may apply. Cancellation or Changes must be made by deadline or full amount paid is forfeited.


• Unit reserved for time requested. NO Refund for early departure-- Regardless of reason. Additional Travel Insurance is highly recommended to insure personal assets and travel plans.


• METHOD OF PAYMENT: MC, Visa, AMEX or Cash. NO PERSONAL CHECKS ACCEPTED. No Shows will be charged entire amount paid on Credit Card guaranteeing the reservation and the reservation will be cancelled for the remaining time.


• NEITHER AB SEA SALES AND RENTALS, INC. nor its properties, affiliates, or representing agents shall be deemed or held liable for any guest’s items/properties that are lost, stolen, damaged, etc. or personal injuries.
