 Large Victorian cottage. 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, only 3 blocks to the beach. Living room, family room, breakfast/office nook and formal dining areas offer plenty of room for everyone. Central to all our lovely Island offers. Relax, and enjoy your vacation in our comfortable 1800 sq. foot coastal home. All we ask is that you put your feet up and enjoy our home as if it was yours!
Walk to the beach, great dining, bike rentals, and shopping. Minutes from EVERYTHING: the Historic Strand, Moody Gardens, Schlitterbahn, wonderful birding, affordable fishing charters, great night life and more! Perfect for families and friends who want a bit more room and private space for all. Our cottage offers plenty of space for everyone- ALL ON ONE LEVEL.
You will have two seperate living/family rooms (each with their own TV with cable).
The master bedroom has 1 queen size bed with newly remodeled full bath. The other two bedrooms, (one with 2 twins, the other with a full size bed), share another full bath. The queen sofa sleeper in the den, and double futon in the living room complete the sleeping accommodations.
We provide a Pack and Play for that little one. Just mention it in your request!
Enjoy our fully equipped kitchen. Everything you need is provided-even big pots for those shrimp and crab boils! Gas cook top and oven, and large electric roaster are there for your needs. You'll have use of the gas grill on the back yard patio as well.
The dining room off the kitchen and living room is a great place to gather and share good times and create priceless memories. A seperate breakfast/office nook off the kitchen offers more space for dining-- or if you MUST- a quiet work space..
