Sea Shell Beach Pocket Park 3 is located on Galveston
Island's west end at 13315 FM 3005 at 11 Mile
Road. The park is only 10 minutes from Moody Gardens and Schlitterbahn Waterpark, as well as only a few miles from the Historic Strand District.
In addition to its 10 acres of sparkling
beaches, the park offers a large beach pavilion
with restrooms, showers, a snack bar, beach
chair/umbrella rentals, picnic tables, plenty of
parking and full wheelchair accessibility.

There was no snack bar, no rentals of umbrellas, and the bathrooms were out of order. There were 4 portable toilets that were completely disgusting- covered in feces...ugh! We were very upset that the park charged $8 for this and will not be back. |
