Just like in the old country, Chef Anthony Russo visits the Farmer's market every morning to choose the freshest tomatoes, mushrooms, peppers and other vegetables. Then he grinds his own sausage, adding a special blend of imported spices and makes sure the dough is made fresh daily. New York Pizzeria only uses extra virgin olive oil and balsamic vinegar aged 25 years, both imported from Italy.
