Nestle Toll House Cafe by Chip has built on the world's most powerful food name, Nestle, to become one of North America's very best dessert cafes. The concept was conceived in 1998 and takes advantage of the fact that people love to reward themselves with items they feel have a distinct quality and freshness.

The first Nestle Toll House Cafe by Chip opened its doors in Frisco, Texas in 2000. Today, there are over 100 cafes either open in or in various stages of development in the United States and Puerto Rico.

From Bolivar Peninsula to The Strand:
Starting from Crystal Beach, travel approximately 10.7 miles to the Bolivar Ferry. Upon exiting the Ferry, take Ferry Road (SR-87) and head southeast approximately .9 miles. Turn right (west) onto Harborside Drive and travel approximately 1.5 miles. Turn left (south) onto 23rd Street (Tremont St.) and travel approximately .1 miles to The Strand (Ave. B).

From Houston to The Strand:
Travel Interstate 45 South (Gulf Freeway) to the Galveston Causeway. Soon after crossing the Causeway, I-45 becomes Broadway (SR-87, Ave. J). Continue traveling along Broadway for approximately 2.8 miles. Turn left on 23rd and travel north approximately .5 miles to The Strand (Ave. B).
