Each room has been custom designed and equipped to provide the perfect atmosphere for meetings and special events. From the Lalique Chandeliers in the Moody Ballroom to the incredible glass art sculptures in the Expo Hall, your attendees will experience the superior craftsmanship and attention to detail throughout the property.
The Frances Anne Moody Ballroom is 15,180 square feet and can be divided into 8 rooms. It has soaring ceilings lined with beautiful chandeliers, making this particular event space near Houston the perfect location for elegant soirees.
The Floral Ballroom, overlooking Offats Bayou, is 9,100 square feet and can be divided into 12 rooms. It is located on the second floor of the convention center, isolating it from the general public. The pre-function area leading into the Floral Hall is perfect for receptions, breaks and tabletop exhibits. The artsy décor makes it fun and refreshing.
The Expo Hall A, B, and C is the most incredible event space. It has 60,000 square feet of ballroom quality exhibit space. It can be divided into 5 rooms and can be used for general sessions, trade shows, cheerleading events, concerts, and the most elegant gala. Floor boxes are located every 10 feet, complete with electric, water, air, telephone and Internet connections. Telescopic seating is available for 5,000 people making it the perfect venue for cheerleading events and concerts. Drive in ramps and loading docks are available in the east and west ends of the center. When needed, mesh draping and movable walls cover the telescopic seating and loading docks when not in use. Ample free parking is available for meeting participants.
