The Thompson Building, this year's signature building, is a dream loft located in the most recently renovated building on The Strand. Totally refurbished by the George Mitchell Family, these lofts have features sure to capture the heart.

The "Work in Progress" this year is the 1920 Marion Building located at 2208 Postoffice Street. Although slated for completion in late 2008, the building with its twenty new lofts will be open for tours.
