The 11th Annual Historic Downtown Galveston Lofts Tour, October 4 through 5, benefiting the preservation of Galveston’s Historical Downtown, introduces eight of these special living spaces and the fascinating people who live there. From 10am to 5pm both days, real estate enthusiasts and those who just like peeking inside someone’s home can experience life downtown through those that live it daily.

From a gourmet chef whose dining room is inside a vault to a dedicated environmentalist whose flooring is made from recycled commodes, the Lofts Tour takes spectators on a tour of the beautiful, the practical and the politically correct.
