In 2004, Benjamin and Kristie Tjepkema took $100,000 from the sale of a house in Washington and built a drive-thru coffee shop in Galveston. It immediately became a local favorite for its convenience, menu selections and excellent customer service. Wanting to expand and offer sit down dining, they moved from their Broadway location in September of 2008. Relocating to the Emerald by the Sea shopping center, the new facility is open and airy, with dining tables and a sitting area.

Lasso-A-Latte offeries an array of lattes, of course; as well as a host of smoothies, danishes and breakfast sandwiches to perfectly start your day. Lunch items include Philly cheesesteaks, barbecue sandwiches, burgers, and more.

Lasso-A-Latte is located close to UTMB and minutes from Galveston College and TAMUG, and is the perfect locale for students to study.

Convenient hours and free wireless internet.

Sunday thru Thursday: 6am - 9pm
Friday & Saturday: 6am - 10pm
