Pricing: Weekends, holiday and special events usually require a two night stay. Please call for availability and pricing.  Local and State taxes will be added.

Cancellation policy: Five day cancellation policy, except special events and holidays which require two week cancellation. Cancellation will result in a charge for the full stay unless we can rebook the room for the entire stay, in which case there will be a $25 cancellation fee.

Special policies: Guests must be at least 21 years old. Children 16 or over welcome. All minors must always be with supervising adult.  No smoking except outside in designated areas, no pets.
