Hotel Galvez sustained minimal damage from Hurricane Ike. 
The Hotel Galvez currently has electricity, water and elevator service and a full restoration is underway.  The hotel plans to welcome guests in early November.  Sales managers are currently contacting any groups that were previously booked at the hotel to provide assistance.
