Not only was The Dawn great, but so was the staff at Gulf Coast Concierge - all of our needs were met quickly and with smiles. Couldn't have asked for more! Only complaint would be construction of the new pool interferred with vacation a bit, but the new pool looks like it will be great! See you soon!! Real nice ang big for familys felt like you own apartment. Going back soon planning to stay in the Dawn again wouldn't look for any other hotel or condo. I stayed in #632, fronts to the Gulf, backs to the pool, top floor, easy in/easy out, decorated with nice touches, just a great place all the way around. Pricing is very good for the high end experience I feel like I got. Oh, and always important (for me anyway)... the Internet was nice and fast. With all that's offered, don't know if I'd stay there again. Had an excellent week in Galveston though. It also had hairdryer, coffeepot, blender, all new appliances, etc. We just brought food and papertowels! We would go back in a minute! FABULOUS!! And the view was unbelievable, truly amazing. we go to Galveston every summer, but this was my first time staying at the Dawn. And guess what I will be staying there each summer to come. Don't forget things like blow dryer, dishwasher liquid, etc they didn't have that.
