Built in 1887, this beautiful historic home survived the devastation of the 1900 hurricane, and still proudly boasts the original front entry door, hardwood floors, twelve foot ceilings, stained and leaded glass windows, unique light fixtures, transoms and pocket doors. Special care has been taken to retain much of the home's original woodwork and windows during a recent, careful restoring process. Adding to the historical integrity of the home are many modern conveniences, including central air and a swimming pool. Enter a home of days gone by, where you will still find old world charm and southern hospitality.

From Bolivar Peninsula:
Starting from Crystal Beach, travel approximately 10.7 miles to the Bolivar Ferry. Upon exiting the Ferry, take Ferry Road (SR-87) approximately 1.4 miles to Seawall Boulevard. Bear right onto Seawall Boulevard. Soon Seawall Boulevard merges into Broadway. Continue straight (west) on Broadway for approximately 2.2 miles to 37th Street. Turn left onto 37th St. Travel approximately .8 miles to Ave. P. turn Left onto Ave P.
