Daily Cruises: A delightful journey aboard the COLONEL, narrated live by our captain, takes you around Offats Bayou where passengers will hear about Galveston's memorable past while viewing beautiful Moody Gardens, Palm Beach, and the three memorable pyramids housing the Rainforest, Discovery Museum, and the Aquarium. Food and beverage service is available on all trips.

Boarding is 30 minutes prior to sailing time.

Dinner Cruises: Dinner cruises are available to the public by reservation only. Please Note: Public dinner cruises are ONLY on selected Saturday nights. Please call in advance for reservations.

Dinner is served buffet style and consists of a Dinner salad, Chicken Champignon (A sauteed boneless breast of chicken topped with a light cream of mushroom sauce) and Carved Top Round of Beef served with Au Jus and Seafood Creole served over Rice. Dinner also comes with California Mixed Vegetables, Rolls & Butter, Iced Tea & Coffee and Fruit Cobbler for dessert.

For private charters, The Colonel allows outside catering and charges $4.00 per person with set-up/clean-up fee. The caterer must provide a copy of his insurance showing that his workers are covered to serve food on the water, specifically called the Jones Act.
