It is one of the few places in Galveston that vegetarians can find something substantial to eat alongside meat-eaters. My favourite wines there are Las Brisas Blanc and Pago Florentino. I look forward to the professional Jazz Music on Friday and Saturday nights; a weekly event that is free to attend. This is a place where you can experience a romantic evening in an upscale environment or enjoy with a large group in the mood for good wine and live Jazz. They were busy the saturday we went with quite a few large groups celebrating so I would recommend reservations if you are going during prime time hours. However, we waited more than 30 minutes for our food before we were told that the kitchen was out of one of the items we ordered. We then waited another 15-20 minutes before we got the dishes we did order. The service was very disappointing. The atmosphere is wonderful and the entertainment of jazz music help make the place a great gathering place in Galveston. They do special nights like during Mardi Gras and special Wine Tasting so I recommend you checking it out. I believe that you will enjoy it.
