Always clean, staff is always nice and helpful and all it takes is requesting ahead of time to get ajoining rooms for large families. Views are great upon request as well. Public areas were filthy and the front desk attendant was very disagreeable and unaccommodating. We made reservation for four children and two adults… by commonsense the right thing to do will be to have two connecting rooms for families like ours. The rooms are too costly considering the conditions of this hotel. We were so unhappy that we decided to check out a day earlier.
The rooms were not very clean. It was intolerable to walk on the carpet barefoot.

There were not any toiletries that are usually in hotel rooms. There was a coffee maker, but no supplies to go with it. The second day after housekeeping had been in, they had taken all the used towels but not replaced them with fresh ones. This does not even cover the problems my in-laws had with their room. The room appeared clean when we arrived. However, the safe would not open, housekeeping never came to clean or restock coffee/soap/towels/etc...and yes, the elevators were very slow. The room was DIRTY and beds are SO UNCOMFORTABLE!! The internet did NOT work and we were in a room with a few of a brick wall and paid $100 a nigh!! :( it was just not good, we will stay next door at the Quality Inn next time, it looks MUCH nicer.
Hope i could help someone make a decision on this hotel.

All they did was make bed and pick up dirty towels. Did not replace towels or coffee. supply. When I called to request, they answered and told me they would replace but never did, even though I called twice.
