3rd Coast is a gay and gay-friendly bar featuring drink specials, dancing, karaoke, and live entertainment. The club is located in the middle of 24th Street's new burgeoning nightlife mecca, steps from The Loading Dock, Jack's Pub, The Press Box, and The M&M.

Comfortable sofas, a full bar, pool tables, darts, and a live stage highlight the interior of 3rd Coast, and the destination is famous throughout Galveston as being one of the Island's most popular hangouts.

The bar never charges a cover, and features a variety of events and specials throughout the week. All are welcome.

From Bolivar Peninsula:
Starting from Crystal Beach, travel approximately 10.7 miles to the Bolivar Ferry. Upon exiting the Ferry, take Ferry Road (SR-87) approximately 1.4 miles to Seawall Boulevard. Bear right onto Seawall Boulevard. Soon Seawall Boulevard merges into Broadway. Continue straight (west) on Broadway approximately 1.5 miles to 24th St. Turn right onto 24th. Travel down 24th approximately .3 miles to the corner of 24th & Postoffice St. Turn left onto Postoffice. 3rd Coast will be on your right.
